Optimal 'shortest path' solutions to the Sydney Summer Series
The Problem
Get a map and sheet of handy hints. Get to as many check-points as possible in 45mins. Get points for each check point found (10, 20 or 30) but loose 10 points for each min you're late! Come and give it a go: sydneysummerseries.com.au
The Solution
Use an algorithm to determine the shortest route between each and every other check-point. Evaluate all reasonable combinations of check-point permutations to determine which is the shortest/flatest route for a particular number of points.
